NEW PRODUCT!
Dear customers and distributors,
We are pleased to introduce an addition to our range of 2256-series side flexing belts. We now have the possibility to offer these belts also with rubber top. These 2256VG belts with waterblue high fiction rubber top serve to convey products up a slight incline or down a slight decline. The 2256VG can be used with all different versions of the clip. Please feel free to download the datasheets to get all details.

NEW LEAFLET!
We are pleased to announce the availability of a new leaflet. This leaflet shows a general overview of our range of extruded profiles. Most of our extruded profiles are now manufactured in Dohna, which helps reducing the lead times. The leaflet also clearly shows the difference between our high quality Nolu-S material and common UHMW-PE material. As you will see from the graph, Nolu-S offer a much lower friction that remains at a constant level. In many applications, Nolu-S can really make the difference!

System Plast is pleased to present an extension of our range of threaded tube ends. New sizes that we have added are made for 40 mm tubes with a wall thickness of 2 mm. The inserts are M10 or M12. Treaded tube ends offer easy fixation of tubes to other parts of the construction.

Dear customers and distributors,System Plast is pleased to present a new range of modular belts. This new 2500 series Raised Rib belt has a pitch of 2 inch. It has been developed for application in pasteurizers, warmers and coolers for cans and PET bottles in the beverage industry. The material is perfectly suitable for hot and humid applications, as common in these machines. The product range also includes different types of transfer combs and sprockets. The belt can also be used on large accumulation tables. The standard width is based on 3 inch increments.

System Plast is pleased to present a new range of modular belts. This new 2253 series Flat Top belt has a pitch of 1 inch. It has been developed in close cooperation with several important OEMs in the corrugated industry. This has resulted in a belt that is perfectly suitable for this industry. It offers high strength, negligible lateral play, chamfers at the edges, closed sides and a radius at the bottom side for minimum cordal action and high stability. Of course, these features are beneficial to many industries. The standard width is based on 3 inch increments. The new product line is completed with new molded sprockets.

NEW PRODUCT!

Dear customers and distributors,

System Plast is pleased to present an addition to our range of wear strips.

Two 42 mm wide designs have been added. These wear strips are

ideal for use on conveyors with 85 mm pitch between the chains.

The wear strips offer reduced play between the hinges and the conveyor

construction and thus a properly positioned chain or belt. The staggered

version has been designed for use on (inclined) pressureless combiners.

The small step down of 0,2 mm assures a smooth flow of bottles and cans.
