System Plast is pleased to present a new range of modular belts. This new 2500 series Raised Rib belt has a pitch of 2 inch. It has been developed for application in pasteurizers, warmers and coolers for cans and PET bottles in the beverage industry. The material is perfectly suitable for hot and humid applications, as common in these machines. The product range also includes different types of transfer combs and sprockets. The belt can also be used on large accumulation tables. The standard width is based on 3 inch increments.

System Plast is pleased to present a new range of modular belts. This new 2253 series Flat Top belt has a pitch of 1 inch. It has been developed in close cooperation with several important OEMs in the corrugated industry. This has resulted in a belt that is perfectly suitable for this industry. It offers high strength, negligible lateral play, chamfers at the edges, closed sides and a radius at the bottom side for minimum cordal action and high stability. Of course, these features are beneficial to many industries. The standard width is based on 3 inch increments. The new product line is completed with new molded sprockets.

New Product!
Dear customers and distributors,
System Plast is pleased to present an addition to our range of wear strips.
Two 42 mm wide designs have been added. These wear strips are
ideal for use on conveyors with 85 mm pitch between the chains.
The wear strips offer reduced play between the hinges and the conveyor
construction and thus a properly positioned chain or belt. The staggered
version has been designed for use on (inclined) pressureless combiners.
The small step down of 0,2 mm assures a smooth flow of bottles and cans.

active transfer wings. This belt is a 2251 series heavy duty belt
with a height of 12,7 mm and a pitch of 1 inch. The difference
with already existing 2251 belts with active transfer wing is the
length of the wing. The longer wing offers the OEM more flexibility
to design his construction and improves interchangeability with
similar belts in existing conveyors.

We have made a completely new mold for this sprocket size which has improved the quality considerably. The mold was made for bores 25, 30, 35 and 40 mm. System Plast is pleased to present a new type of bearing. The flange of this bearing has a special construction to make the construction very compact. Besides a compact conveyor construction it offers improved load balance, shorter shafts (reduced weight and cost!) and reduced shaft deflection. It is available in open and closed version, watertight and with a maintenance free bearing insert. The bearing insert can be chrome steel or stainless steel.
